We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

To be eligible, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the packaging you received them with proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 24 hours so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made tiles (made to order) cannot be returned, except in cases of damage upon arrival.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange is to return your item (once approved) and make a new purchase for the preferred product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
For payments made through our online payment gateway, refunds will be issued to the same payment method/card used for the original transaction. The refund will be credited to the payment-initiated media itself (original payment source).
Please allow up to 15 business days after approval for the refund to reflect. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please contact us at baldertheartist@gmail.com
